Rachael Lye

Rachael Lye is a seasoned sales and advertising professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as an Account Director at LinkedIn since April 2025, Rachael previously held roles including Sales Manager for INSEA at Remerge, where targeted advertising for mobile apps was the focus. At GWI, as Senior Sales Manager for APAC, Rachael excelled in exceeding sales quotas and building strategic partnerships within the region. Earlier experiences include positions at Essence, where Rachael managed digital advertising for Google accounts, and Oracle, achieving significant revenue growth and high customer satisfaction as Client Partner and Solutions Consultant. Rachael also worked at TikTok as Brand Partnership Manager, managing key accounts in the 3C/Tech sector. Rachael holds a degree in Law and Management from Temasek Polytechnic, following O Levels from CHIJ Secondary Toa Payoh.
