Rui Ma is a seasoned product management leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and personalized user experiences across major technology companies. Currently serving as the Head of Product Management for CoreAI at LinkedIn since January 2023, Rui Ma spearheads AI strategy and team initiatives for LLM-powered products. Previously, at Twitter from 2021 to 2023, Rui Ma was instrumental in driving AI/ML efforts to enhance personalization across various products, contributing significantly to user growth. Rui Ma’s experience also includes leadership roles at Instagram and Meta, where innovative AI-driven solutions were developed, and a co-founding role at Kinnek, where Rui Ma successfully drove business growth and acquisition. Rui Ma began a professional journey in consulting and finance with notable positions at Oliver Wyman and J.P. Morgan, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cornell University.
