Sarah Roberts is currently the Global Chief of Staff within the Customer Success Organization at LinkedIn, where they drive initiatives to connect military and veteran communities with economic opportunities. Previously, Sarah spearheaded various programs at LinkedIn focused on social impact and community building, after roles at Amazon, Microsoft, and Team Red, White & Blue that emphasized leadership development and talent acquisition. They served as a Finance Company Commander in the U.S. Army, managing significant budgets and earning prestigious awards for leadership excellence. Sarah holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is pursuing an MA in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University.
