Vibha Adlakha currently serves as the Head of Customer Success for LinkedIn Talent Solutions in India and Japan, a role held since December 2019, after previously managing Customer Success for the Indian market. Having extensive experience at LinkedIn from January 2012 to October 2018, Vibha led diverse teams in Talent Brand initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region while overseeing media account management and growing the Employer Brand business. Prior experience includes roles at Google as an Account Planner and Regional Project Lead, focusing on account management and CSR initiatives, as well as a stint as a Management Trainee at Hindustan Times. Vibha's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian School of Business, an exchange program at The Tuck School of Business, a degree in Economics from Delhi University, and a Master of Arts in Psychosocial from Birkbeck, University of London.
