Julien Meimon serves as the Président of Linkee since March 2016 and has held the position of Chef de projet for WorldSkills 2023 at World Skills France since 2018. Additionally, Julien Meimon has contributed to education as an enseignant at Université Paris-Sorbonne since 2017 and holds the title of Président d'honneur at ASSO LE CHAINON MANQUANT. Consulting for AFD - Agence Française de Développement on international questions since 2012, Julien Meimon previously founded and served as Délégué général at Le Chainon Manquant from February 2014 to June 2017. Prior roles include Chef de Cabinet at the Ministère de la Justice and Directeur de Cabinet at Mairie de Paris. Julien Meimon’s extensive background in innovative financing and partnerships includes serving as Chef du pôle financements innovants et partenariats at the Ministère des Affaires étrangères français and as Secrétaire permanent for the Leading Group on Innovative Financing for Development. Julien Meimon holds a Doctorat in Political Science and Government from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master de droit from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
