Francesco Siciliano

Francesco Siciliano has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Francesco started their career in 2008 as an Animatore DEEJAY Tecnico Audio Luci at Blue Animation Team. In 2012, they pursued a Dottore in Informatica e Comunicazione Digitale at Università degli Studi di Bari. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Stagista at Loran S.r.l and CLE srl. In 2015, they took on the role of Tirocinante IT Services at Planetek Italia, and also joined Linkem where they served as a Tecnico Specializzato Help Desk 1° Livello and later as a Help Desk Tecnico 2° Livello, responsible for network monitoring and ticket management. Francesco also worked as a B2B Customer operation specialist, overseeing technical support and network monitoring for Linkem's business/office clients. In 2021, Francesco became a Network Operation Center NOC Back Office Specialist at Linkem, monitoring 4G and 5G transmission networks, analyzing network issues, and providing remote support. In 2022, they joined OpNet SpA as a NOC Back Office Specialist.

Francesco Siciliano pursued their education in various institutions and obtained several certifications. In 2006, they obtained the ECDL certification from the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale "Tommaso Fiore" in Modugno, Italy. From 2007 to 2012, Francesco attended the Università degli Studi di Bari, where they earned a Laurea in Informatica e Comunicazione Digitale from the Facoltà di Scienze MM.FF.NN. In 2012, they completed the Corso Ufficiale Cisco Networking Academy at CIOFS/FP di Ruvo di Puglia. In 2013, Francesco joined the SPEGEA Business School for a short period to pursue the "Tecnico Superiore per lo sviluppo software - Esperto in architetture SOA" degree from the I.F.T.S. program.
