Klaudia Michalewska

Klaudia Michalewska has extensive experience in IT recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of IT Recruitment Excellence and Branch Manager at Link Group since October 2020, where responsibilities include establishing a new branch in northern Poland. Prior to this role, Klaudia worked at Lobo HR from September 2015 to September 2020, holding positions such as Senior IT Recruitment Specialist and IT & Sales Recruitment Specialist, focusing on recruitment project management and training for junior recruiters. Earlier experience includes positions as a Junior IT & Sales Recruitment Specialist and Recruitment Assistant, alongside a brief internship at Fundacja Court Watch Polska in 2012. Klaudia holds a Master's Degree in Sociology with a specialization in Labor Market from the University of Gdansk, along with postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk.
