Monika Nazarczuk has a diverse work experience in the field of IT recruitment and research. Monika currently holds the position of IT Recruitment Consultant at Link Group, where they are responsible for solving talent shortages within various IT roles and providing strategic input and tech solutions to clients globally. Prior to this, they worked as a Junior IT Recruitment Consultant at Link Group, gaining experience in software development, cloud, cybersecurity, UX/UI, and data and AI. Before joining Link Group, Monika worked as an IT Researcher at Experis.
