Andrew Poulton

Andrew Poulton is a highly experienced legal professional with a focus on dispute resolution and commercial litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Linklaters since October 2016, Andrew has held various roles including Counsel and Managing Associate in the Dispute Resolution team. Prior to Linklaters, Andrew worked at McCullough Robertson as a Senior Associate in Litigation & Dispute Resolution, specializing in both commercial litigation and regulatory enforcement across all Australian State and Federal Courts. Andrew's career also includes a position as a Lawyer at ASIC, handling misconduct and enforcement related to financial services, as well as previous roles in estate planning and as an Associate to Judge M. J. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.), a Masters of Law in Corporate and Commercial Law, and has completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme at Kaplan Law School. Andrew is admitted as a Solicitor in several jurisdictions, including the High Court of Australia and the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
