Chief HR Officer at Linklaters

Angela Ogilvie is the firm’s Chief HR Officer, which is responsible for translating Linklaters’ business strategy into a best in class people strategy; creating a high-performance culture and environment where talented people from diverse backgrounds are able and motivated to perform at their best.

Angela works closely with the Senior Partner, Firmwide Managing Partner and our partners and directors in leadership positions to champion the firm’s values, helping to build strong teams across the firm, sustain Linklaters’ unique culture, drive engagement and innovation and leading talent attraction and retention.

Angela has a broad range of HR experience gained from various roles at Linklaters including most recently being responsible for the provision of first class HR advice and guidance to partners and directors globally. Angela has worked closely with the Senior Partner and members of the Partnership Board and looks forward to her role as a member of ExCom.

Angela is a mentor on our Global Talent Programme and is a 30% Club mentor to talented women in other organisations.

Angela obtained her undergraduate degree in International Business Studies with French from Liverpool John Moores University.
