Kimberly Grant

Kimberly Grant serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for FDH Aero.

In her role, Kimberly is responsible for leading the overall global human resources strategy for FDH Aero including M&A, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Global Organization & Leadership Development, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Operations & Technology, and Employee Relations. She reports to CEO, Ian Walsh.

Prior to FDH Aero, Kimberly served as Vice President of Global Human Resources in the private technology sector, holding several leadership roles in the marketing and financial service industries.

Kimberly is a business-focused, results-oriented executive with over 20 years of experience in diverse industries and geographies. She invests in the designing & implementation of successful HR strategies aimed at enabling organizations to achieve their unique potential.

Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Interaction and Group Relations, from California State University, Long Beach. She also earned certification in the Human Resources Management program at Loyola Marymount University and Workforce Human Resources Analytics from the University of California, Irvine. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credential.
