Caroline Courtney is a seasoned banking partner at Linklaters, having joined the firm in November 2013, where recent projects involve syndicated lending and major corporate acquisitions, including Tate & Lyle's $1.8 billion acquisition of CP Kelco. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Associate in Credit Structuring at Deutsche Bank from May 2016 to January 2017, supporting various lending teams, and serving as Finance Associate and Trainee Solicitor at Arthur Cox from April 2008 to October 2013. Caroline holds a Post-Graduate degree in Chartered Banking from the Institute of Bankers in Ireland, a qualification from the Law Society of Ireland, and an LLB in Law from Trinity College Dublin.
