Divya Harchandani

Divya Harchandani is an experienced legal professional specializing in litigation, arbitration, and investigations. Currently serving as an Associate at Linklaters since October 2025, Divya previously held the Associate position at WongPartnership LLP from October 2023 to October 2025. Prior experience includes an internship with Norton Rose Fulbright in the International Arbitration Team, where assistance was provided in finalizing claims and conducting legal research. Divya has also worked as a Principal Associate at Singh & Associates, handling significant international arbitrations for major companies in India, and has experience as a Junior Counsel and Associate in various legal capacities. Divya holds a Master's degree in Law focusing on International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore, as well as an L.L.B from Amity University and a B.A. in Economics from Delhi University.
