Dr Sheena Kumar

Dr. Sheena Kumar is a highly experienced Chartered Counselling Psychologist currently serving as a Senior Psychologist at both Linklaters and Psych Health Limited since December 2020, and as a Specialist Chartered Psychologist in their private practice since January 2018. With a strong background in mental health leadership, Dr. Kumar has previously held the position of Head of Wellbeing at the University of Roehampton, where responsibilities included leading a mental health strategy for a community of over 20,000 individuals. Additional experience includes roles at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Staff Wellbeing Psychologist and West London Mental Health NHS Trust as a Secondary Care Psychologist. Dr. Kumar has also co-founded Actor in Session, an acting school focused on professional actors' performance and mental health. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from City, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from London South Bank University.
