Guillaume Croisant

Guillaume Croisant is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, and investigation, currently serving as a Managing Associate at Linklaters since October 2014. In addition to this role, Guillaume holds various academic positions at Université libre de Bruxelles, including ESG Lecturer and Moot Court Lecturer in the LL.M. in International Business Law. As Co-editor in Chief of the Revue de Droit Commercial Belge and Co-Chair of CEPANI40, Guillaume actively contributes to legal scholarship and community engagement. Previous internships at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick have enriched Guillaume's corporate law practice background. Educated at respected institutions, Guillaume obtained a Master en Droit from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Magister Juris from the University of Oxford, complemented by participation in the ESG Accelerator Programme.
