Jack Allen-Fitt

Jack Allen-Fitt is an experienced legal professional specializing in global energy, infrastructure, and natural resources. Currently serving as Counsel at Linklaters since March 2012, Jack has held roles such as Managing Associate and Associate, focusing on project finance within the energy sector. Prior to Linklaters, Jack gained valuable experience during a secondment at Citi, advising on structured finance and securitization, as well as at Centrica Energy, where assistance was provided on M&A and project finance matters. Jack has a strong foundation in energy engineering from CapitalCarbon, serving as Managing Director, and has a background in engineering and building surveying from Ashford Borough Council. Jack holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Law and a First Class BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Greenwich.
