Tom Checkiewicz

Tom Checkiewicz is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in AI and data science. Currently serving as the Head of Generative AI Technology at Linklaters since April 2024, Tom previously co-founded Spirago GmbH, where Tom led efforts to build secure GenAI products for enterprises. At GSK, Tom was the Director of AI Infrastructure and AutoML Research, driving the development of advanced AI/ML platforms. With a background that includes leadership roles at Concirrus, Infosys, RBS, Nokia, and RIM, Tom has a proven track record in defining AI strategies, managing data science capabilities, and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions across various industries. Tom holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication and Information Systems Design and has completed a Data Science Specialization from Johns Hopkins University.
