Joe Brock

Joe Brock has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joe currently serves as the CEO and President of Link Solutions, Inc., a position they have held since February 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Pragmatics, Inc. from 2012 to 2018, holding the role of Chief Operating Officer. In this position, they led the delivery of high-quality products and services and managed operational performance on various government Information Technology contracts.

Before joining Pragmatics, Inc., Joe was the Sr. Vice President and General Manager of the Federal Civilian Division at Pragmatics, Inc. Joe also served as the Sr. VP/GM of the Systems Engineering and Management Division, overseeing business development, operations, and management of Systems Engineering, Technical Services, and Systems Integration practices.

Prior to their time at Pragmatics, Joe held the position of VP, Engineering R&D at L-3 Communications; GSI. In this role, they led efforts in providing integrated technical and process solutions and services for the protection of government and critical infrastructure facilities and operations.

From 2000 to 2004, Joe worked as a Director and Program Manager at Pragmatics, where they were responsible for managing various IT service contracts and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Before Pragmatics, Joe was a Program Manager at TITAN Systems Corporation, overseeing various Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) contracts. Joe also worked at DISA-JITC as an Electrical Engineer and at the US Army Information Systems Engineering Command as an Electrical Engineer, where they served as the technical lead for systems development and integration.

Overall, Joe Brock brings a wealth of experience in executive leadership, operations management, business development, and IT service delivery across a range of industries and government agencies.

Joe Brock has a diverse education history spanning from high school to graduate school. Joe attended Riverdale High School from 1980 to 1982, where they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Following their high school education, Joe pursued their undergraduate degree at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 1985 to 1991. Joe obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering during this time.

In 2011, Joe enrolled in The George Washington University to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering Management, which they completed in 2012. This experience allowed him to further develop their expertise in the field of management within the engineering discipline.

Additionally, Joe has obtained several certifications related to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Joe became an Amazon Web Services Certified Cloud Practitioner and an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate in June 2019, further enhancing their skills and knowledge in this domain.
