Paolo Pipponzi

Paolo Pipponzi has extensive work experience in various roles related to system integration, battery packs, electric powertrain, and mechanical development. Paolo worked as a System Integration Specialist at Privé S.r.l., where they designed battery packs and developed design validation plans for electric powertrain. Paolo also coordinated a work package in the H2020 Refreedrive project and designed a lightweight battery module in the H2020 LEVIS project. Paolo was a Co-Founder, Product Manager, CEO, and Product Designer at Linky Innovation, where they invented Linky, a portable electric vehicle that folds and fits in a bag. Paolo was a Project Manager at Thunder Power (TPEV) and led the battery pack and drivetrain system project. Paolo served as the Head of Mechanical Development at Alfazero - Light Electric Vehicle Division and led a team of engineers for the engineering design of the Alfazero Quick. Paolo also worked as a Design Engineer at Ducati Motor Holding, where they contributed to the development of the Ducati Multistrada model. Additionally, they worked as a CAE Engineer at Lombardini, where they conducted research on multibody software and performed correlation analysis for a new internal combustion engine. Paolo began their career as a CAE Engineer (internship) at SOFT-ENGINE, where they designed components and conducted FEM analysis for motorcycle racing engine connecting rods.

Paolo Pipponzi's education history begins in 2001 when they attended Liceo Scientifico for their high school education. From 2006 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Università Politecnica delle Marche. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, Paolo completed their Master's degree in Vehicle Mechanical Engineering at Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.

In 2014, Paolo enrolled in LUISS Business School and studied Master PM basic, although the end year is not specified.

In terms of certifications, Paolo obtained the Abilitazione all' albo degli ingegneri (registration in Modena engineers' registry) from Albo degli ingegneri di Modena in December 2012. Paolo also completed the ISIPM - base certification from Istituito italiano di Project Management in May 2014. Lastly, Paolo obtained the Management 3.0 Course certification from Agilar in January 2016.
