Kelsey Murray's work experience begins in 2007 as an Assistant Head Teller at Regions Bank. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Human Intelligence Collector in the Army National Guard. In 2011, they worked as a Business Development Rep/Internet Sales at Heritage Auto Group. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Logistics Coordinator at Scott Logistics Corp. They then transitioned to a Sales Consultant role at Riverside Toyota Scion from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they became an Account Manager at Surya, where they built and maintained client relationships and negotiated pricing agreements. In 2018, they joined TMC Hospitality as a Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator and later became a Reservations Manager, overseeing various responsibilities such as managing teams, audits, and guest issues. Finally, in 2022, they joined Linq as a Teams Success Manager.

Kelsey Murray pursued their education at Georgia Northwestern Technical College from 2012 to 2016, where they focused on Business Administration and Management. Kelsey then went on to attend Western Governors University from 2018 to 2019, completing their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management.
