Frank Mindrup has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Frank began their career in 1999 as a Football Coach and Physics & Chemistry Instructor at USAFA Preparatory School. Frank then worked as a Budget Analyst at Launch Programs from 2000 to 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they pursued further education as a student at Air Force Institute of Technology. Frank then served as Chief Analyst/Flight Commander at the 17th Test Squadron, Detachment 1 from 2005 to 2008. Frank returned to the Air Force Institute of Technology as a student from 2008 to 2011. Frank then transitioned to a role as an Operations Research Analyst at Air Force from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the United States Air Force. Frank then joined NORAD USNORTHCOM as a J84 Operational Analyst from 2011 to 2013. Frank had multiple roles at The Perduco Group from 2018 to 2022, including Director and General Manager, Operations and Logistics Support Group; Director, Colorado Springs; and Senior Analyst. Currently, Frank serves as the Associate Vice President, Business Development and Corporate Growth at LinQuest, starting in February 2022.
Frank Mindrup holds a PhD in Operations Research from the Air Force Institute of Technology-Graduate School of Engineering & Management, which they earned from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an MS in Operations Research from the same institution from 2003 to 2005. Frank received their undergraduate education at the United States Air Force Academy, where they earned a BS in Social Sciences from 1995 to 1999. Frank completed their high school education at Ponderosa High School from 1990 to 1994.
