Erwin Setiawan

Erwin Setiawan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system engineering, information technology governance, network management, and academia. From July 2005 to September 2011, Erwin served as a System Engineer at Lintasarta, where responsibilities included network operation and maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and MPLS network optimization. Subsequent roles included Assistant Manager Internet Operation and Control Center, where Erwin organized a NOC team and managed internet service compliance and quality. Erwin furthered expertise as Network Management Manager at AJN Solusindo, supervising metro ethernet and IP core networks. Additionally, Erwin held several academic positions, including lecturer roles at Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta and Universitas Pertamina, while also managing infrastructure and information technology as well as facility management in higher education settings. Erwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Indonesia.
