Tamara Grau

Tamara Grau has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tamara currently holds the position of Senior Business Analyst-Project Manager-Scrum Master at LinTech Global, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at GCE - Global Connections to Employment as an Information Technology Business Analyst III and later as an IT Project Manager II from July 2019 to April 2022.

Before joining GCE, Tamara worked at Capital One for a number of years. Tamara held the role of Product Owner in the Agent Servicing department from April 2015 to January 2019, where they played a vital role in the merging of HSBC platforms onto Capital One platforms. Tamara also worked as a Business System Analyst and Project Manager during their time at Capital One, starting in July 2011.

Tamara's earlier work experience includes roles at HSBC from 1995 to 2011. Tamara served as an Incident Resolution Officer from July 2009 to July 2011, a Compliance Risk Officer from August 2006 to July 2009, and a Unit Manager for the Front/Back End Office from August 1995 to August 2006.

Throughout their career, Tamara has demonstrated strong skills in business analysis, project management, and team leadership. Tamara has experience in coordinating and collaborating with teams, developing effective guidelines, and providing solutions to complex problems. Tamara is also skilled in strategic vision, business objective setting, and delivering successful projects on time.

Tamara Grau attended Hartnell College from 1997 to 1999. During this time, they studied Criminology and Psychology. In addition to their college education, Tamara has obtained certifications in the field of Agile project management. Tamara became a Certified Scrum Master® (CSM) in March 2014 through the Scrum Alliance, and later achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) certification in September 2015, also from the Scrum Alliance.
