Aubrey Linville

Aubrey Linville, CCIM, is a dynamic entrepreneur and leader in the real estate and investment sectors. Linville serves as the Founder and President of both Linville Team Partners and Xpand since March 2025, following a long tenure starting in November 2012. Additionally, Linville co-founded and currently manages Impact Brands, a private investment company aimed at supporting early-stage consumer brands. Linville has also held ownership at RAL Properties since January 2001 and was a General Partner at Front Street Capital, which specialized in real estate private equity. Previous experience includes a role in commercial brokerage and investment sales at Meridian Realty Group, Inc. Linville earned a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University, with additional education from East Carolina University.
