Kate Johnstone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in insurance and claims management. Currently serving as the Group Insurance and Claims Manager at LINX Cargo Care Group since July 2019, Kate specializes in managing the group insurance program and claims within a leading logistics infrastructure provider in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this role, Kate held the position of Risk, Insurance and Claims Manager at Autocare Services (formerly Patrick Autocare) from April 2014 to July 2019, focusing on vehicle transport and processing. Earlier experience at Suncorp Insurance from 2008 to 2014 encompassed various roles, including Team Leader and Client Manager, where Kate was responsible for policy maintenance, claims management, customer service operations, and staff training.
