Kshitish Raj

Kshitish Raj has over 17 years of experience in legal counsel and compliance, currently serving as Legal Counsel APAC at Linxon since March 2019, where responsibilities include litigation, compliance, and contract management. Prior to this role, Kshitish worked as AVP Legal at ABB and as Legal and General Counsel at Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions India Private Limited, leading legal affairs, compliance, arbitration, and providing commercial advice. Kshitish also handled legal matters at CMC LTD and VAISH ASSOCIATES, focusing on contract issues, compliance, and litigation. Kshitish holds an LLB from the Faculty of Law (1999-2003) and a BSc in Botany from Bhagalpur careers (1994-1998).
