Nicky Young is a seasoned professional in recruitment and human resources with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Global Recruitment Manager and UK HR Manager (Ad interim) at Linxon since July 2022, Nicky's role capitalizes on expertise in project management and advanced technology. Previous positions include Head of UK Resourcing at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics, where Nicky managed a team of recruitment advisors, and Senior Recruitment Officer at SNC-Lavalin, overseeing functional recruitment across the Middle East and Europe.
