Brandon Hughes

Brandon Hughes has over 18 years of work experience in the Human Resources and Customer Service fields. Brandon began their career in 2002 as a Collector and Customer Service Associate at Chrysler Financial. In 2008, they moved to SunBridge Capital as a Collections Manager. In 2009, they joined One West Bank as a Customer Service Manager and Integrity Solution Services as a Customer Service Manager and Collections Supervisor. In 2015, they became the Director of Human Resources at Hermann Area District Hospital, and in 2017 they were a Board Member at HEBA Trust. In 2019, they returned to Equity Homes as a Human Resources Generalist, and in 2020 they were promoted to Human Resource Business Partner. Currently, they are a Human Resources Generalist at Linxup.

Brandon Hughes received their Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Iowa State University in 1993.
