Rachel Richardson

Rachel Richardson has over 10 years of work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Rachel began their career in 2007 as a Staffing Manager/Payroll Assistant at LGC Associates. In 2009, they joined ITT Technical Institute as a Career Services Coordinator, and was later promoted to Director of Career Services and Career Services Specialist. In 2016, Rachel began working at TierPoint as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy, as well as implementing an applicant tracking system for potential candidates and new hires. In 2018, they moved to Beacon Hill Staffing Group as a Technical Recruiter. Most recently, Rachel has been working at Linxup since 2019 as a Senior Recruiter.

Rachel Richardson completed their Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Saint Louis Community College between 2001 and 2004. Rachel then attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing between 2004 and 2006.
