Mike McCormick

Mike McCormick serves as the Chief Property Claims Officer at LIO Insurance Company. Prior to joining LIO, he served as a Property Technical Specialist and General Adjuster for The Travelers Insurance Companies. Mike brings extensive technical skills to the LIO Property Claims Department, in addition to the soft skills that he has developed over years from directly working with insureds in their time of need. He has traveled the country handling complex catastrophe claims. Mike believes that when the claims process meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations, it can have a lasting impression and can be a major competitive differentiator in the eyes of that customer.
