Darsito Hendro Seputro has worked as the Chief Flight Quality Operation at PT Lion Air. Darsito Hendro has also served as the Chief of 2nd Flight in Squadron 600th Tactical Transport from 1996 to 2007.

Darsito Hendro Seputro obtained an MBA in Aviation Management from RMIT University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007.
