Leigha Rainey

Leigha Rainey has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Leigha started their career at Turner Industries as a Payroll Clerk from May 2008 to September 2010. Leigha then moved on to become a Payroll Specialist at the same company from October 2012 to August 2015. Leigha joined Albemarle Corporation in September 2015 as a Human Resources Specialist, where they successfully performed a wide range of HR tasks including onboarding, payroll management, employee offboarding, and resolving inquiries. Leigha worked closely with the HRIS team to identify and correct errors in the HCM system. In 2019, Leigha transitioned to Olin as a Human Resources Generalist, where they continued to excel in HR responsibilities until October 2020. Leigha then became a Human Resources Manager at Great River Industries from October 2020 to August 2022. Currently, Leigha is working for Lion Elastomers in the role of Human Resources, starting in August 2022. Leigha Rainey attended River Parishes Community College from 2010 to 2012, studying Human Resources Management and Services. In 2017, Leigha obtained a certification in Essentials of Project Management from Louisiana State University.
