Katherine Stephens has extensive experience in customer service and program management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Sales and Service Support at LION since September 2010. In this role, Katherine oversees customer service operations, driving organizational change to enhance service quality and streamline processes. Previously, Katherine held the position of Customer Service Manager and Coordinator, where responsibilities included partnering with internal departments to develop IT solutions and managing program specifications for specialized customer needs. Prior to LION, Katherine worked at G&K Services from July 2002 to September 2010 as a Program Manager, focusing on maintaining positive relationships and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
