Rebecca Thomas

Rebecca Thomas, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at LION, where responsibilities include supporting over 280 employees in Kentucky with talent acquisition and retention. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as a Human Resources Partner at Amazon, supporting 3,000 associates and managing employee relations. Rebecca's experience also includes leadership positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Specialty Sales Manager and Assistant Store Manager, and as Chief Operating Officer at Hope Hill Youth Services, overseeing a 40-member team and multiple operational programs. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Health Care and a Master of Clinical Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Morehead State University.
