Kristen Drum-Molloy

Kristen Drum-Molloy is an experienced professional in demand planning and supply chain management, currently serving as a Demand Controller and previously as a Demand Planner and Production Scheduler at Lion since September 2013. Responsibilities include managing the Beer and Cider portfolios, facilitating consensus demand planning, and supporting various operational processes and new product development projects. Prior experience includes working as a National Purchasing Assistant at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, focusing on national contract tendering and supplier evaluation. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Accounting from the University of Otago and completed education at Carmel College and Tårnby Gymnasium.
