Samantha Tan

Samantha Tan (Wiedermann) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the People and Culture Leader at Lion Beer Australia since December 2014, Samantha has also held the position of People and Culture Functional Leader for Marketing, QR&D, and Asia Dairy within the same organization. Prior to Lion, Samantha worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Telstra from September 2013 to November 2014, and has held multiple HR positions at Tenix Solutions, Barclays Corporate Banking, BP, and Middletons Lawyers. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Swinburne University of Technology and has been an accredited practitioner in Life Styles Inventory since 2014.
