Steve Ivanovski

Steve Ivanovski is an experienced professional in the fields of performance, reward, and analytics, currently serving as the Performance, Reward and Analytics Director at Lion since April 2022. Steve is also the Director and Founder of Reward Capability, providing HR and reward consulting services to mid to large-sized corporate clients. Prior roles include Group People & Culture Director at The Arnott's Group, Group Head of Reward at Coca-Cola Amatil, and Head of Remuneration and Benefits at SunRice, among others. Steve has a strong background in talent management, compensation strategies, and organizational transformation, supported by a Bachelor of Social Science in Human Resources Management from UNSW.
