Laura Schem Gau, NCIDQ

Laura Schem Gau is a NCIDQ certified designer with experience in various roles. Laura currently works at Lionakis as a Project Interior Designer since May 2023. Previously, they worked at BRERETON as a Job Captain from October 2022 to June 2023 and as an Intermediate Designer from September 2018 to October 2022. Laura also worked as a Designer at Ware Malcomb from November 2016 to September 2018 and as a Design Associate at Environmental Design Services from June 2016 to October 2016. Furthermore, they interned at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in the Office of Facility Planning & Development from July 2013 to July 2016. Lastly, they worked as a Landscape Design Assistant at Facilities Management Service - California State University, Chico from November 2015 to May 2016 and as a Server/Sushi Chef at Marketplace Cafe, Chico State Campus from July 2013 to May 2016.

Laura Schem Gau received their education from California State University, Chico where they pursued a degree in Interior Architecture with a minor in Business Administration. This education took place from 2011 to 2016. In 2021, they obtained their NCIDQ certification from the Council for Interior Design Qualification - CIDQ.
