Yitzchak Fenster

Yitzchak (Eric) Fenster, Adv. and Notary, serves as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at LionBird since December 2012, where the focus is on early-stage capital and operational support for innovative teams in transitioning traditional industries. Following a role as Owner of a personal legal practice since March 2011, Yitzchak Fenster provides notary services, client representation in venture capital, and pro bono legal assistance to educational organizations. Prior experience includes positions as Country Legal Counsel at Abbott Laboratories, Solo Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary at STARLIMS Corporation, and Associate Attorney roles at prominent law firms, along with a background in journalism. Educational qualifications include an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in History/Political Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
