Steven Coffey

Steven Coffey has extensive experience in the legal and compliance sectors, currently serving as Principal, Chief Legal Risk Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at Pzena Investment Management since June 2006, where previous roles included Principal and Assistant General Counsel, as well as Counsel. Prior to this, Steven Coffey practiced as an Attorney at K&L Gates from 2004 to 2006 and at Day Pitney LLP from 2002 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law (1999-2002), a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University (1996-1999), and completion of the CORe program at Harvard Business School Online in 2020.
