Marilyn Garcia

Marilyn Garcia, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Manager of People & Culture at Liongard since July 2020, recognized as a culture leader for the firm's recognition as Houston's Fastest Growing Company in 2020 and 2021. In this role, Marilyn remotely supports over 100 exempt and non-exempt teammates on a national level. Previously, Marilyn held positions including People & Culture Specialist at Strategy Engineering and Consulting, LLC, HR Generalist at Argus Media, HR Coordinator at Genesis Energy, L.P., and Executive Assistant at Groves Industrial Supply. Marilyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Houston between 2014 and 2017.
