Michael Rabinovitch, CPA, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in accounting and finance across diverse industries. Currently serving as Senior Advisor at Lionheart Capital, Michael supports due diligence and investment structuring while providing strategic financial advice. Previously, as Chief Financial Officer at BurgerFi International Inc., Michael played a key role in establishing financial functions post-IPO and led acquisitions. In prior roles, Michael held senior leadership positions at Tech Data, Office Depot, Mayors Jewelers, and Claire's Stores, overseeing accounting policies, financial reporting, and operational management.
