Muhammad Mohsin Zafar has a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2015, they interned at Zong CMPak Ltd, where they worked with the RF department and gained experience in optimizing and managing 2G networks. In 2016, they interned at Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qaism Limited, where they learned about field instrumentation and control systems. In 2017, they joined K-Electric's Emerging Talent Program as a Trainee Engineer, where they gained experience in fault tracing, maintenance, and operations at a power station. In 2018, they joined PTCL.Official as a Management Trainee and later became an Assistant Manager, where they managed projects and oversaw network transformation and deployment support. In 2022, they interned at Ericsson for their Master Thesis on reconfigurable photonics for flexible beamforming. Currently, they work at LioniX International as a Project Manager and Design Engineer, specializing in integrated photonic systems.

Muhammad Mohsin Zafar has a diverse educational background in the field of Photonic Integrated Circuits, Sensors, and Networks (PIXNET). Muhammad Mohsin obtained an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's Degree (EMJMD) from Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna from 2021 to 2022, specializing in this field. Prior to that, they pursued the same degree at Aston University from 2020 to 2021.

Muhammad Mohsin Zafar also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, which they completed at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) between 2013 and 2017. Preceding their undergraduate studies, they obtained a Higher Secondary School Certificate in Pre-Engineering from Adamjee Government Science College, where they studied from 2011 to 2013.
