Christopher Miller

Christopher M. has extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. Christopher is currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle at Lionrock Recovery since March 2020. Previously, they worked at Change Healthcare as a Senior Accounts Receivables Specialist from December 2017 to March 2020, where they managed receivables for large healthcare provider clients and developed solutions for on-time reimbursement. Prior to that, Christopher worked as a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Consultant as an independent contractor from January 2016 to December 2017.

Between 2012 and 2015, Christopher held various roles at Silverado Care, including Director of Hospice Billing Services and Hospice Billing Manager. In these positions, they oversaw revenue for multiple hospices, implemented payment reforms and new methodologies, and developed best practices for timely filing adherence.

Before their time at Silverado Care, Christopher worked at Desert Oasis Healthcare as a Billing Specialist II from June 2010 to February 2012. Christopher also briefly served as a Hospice A/R Consultant at Cardon Healthcare in January and February 2010.

Christopher's earlier experience includes roles at Odyssey Healthcare, where they served as Supervisor of Medicaid Reimbursement from July 2008 to December 2009, Accounts Receivables Trainer from April 2004 to July 2008, and Hospice Admissions Coordinator/Billing Coordinator from March 1997 to April 2004.

Christopher M. completed their high school education at Upland High School from 1980 to 1984, earning a High School Diploma. Christopher then pursued a degree in Paramedic Certification at Mt. San Antonio College from 1990 to 1991, specializing in Emergency Medicine. Following this, Christopher attended UC Santa Barbara from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Medical Anthropology.
