Patricia Godsell

Patricia Godsell serves as the Head of Compliance Europe and AML Officer at LionTree LLC since November 2021, overseeing the Compliance Framework for corporate finance advisory activities. Prior to this role, Patricia worked as Compliance Manager UK/US and AML Officer at XP Investments, where responsibilities included implementing a Compliance Programme and liaising with regulatory bodies such as the FCA and FINRA. Patricia's career began at Banco Santander as a Corporate and Investment Banking Analyst and later included a position at Bloomberg LP focused on KYC and AML Enterprise Solutions. Patricia holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from Bayes Business School and a BSc in Business Administration with a major in International Trade from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
