Rebecca McAdams

Rebecca McAdams is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at LionTree since May 2023, Rebecca previously held the position of Director, HR Business Partner for Investment Banking at Cowen Group, Inc. from March 2014 to May 2023, where responsibilities included supporting the Investment Banking Division. Prior roles include Vice President at Barclays Capital, focusing on Equities Sales and Prime Services Sales, and Vice President at Morgan Stanley, providing HR support and recruitment for Investment Banking. Rebecca holds a BA in International Relations and French Cultural Studies from Wellesley College, earned in 1996.
