Dominic Mandola

Dominic Mandola has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Dominic began their career at Spec's Fine Liquor and Fine Foods in 2006, where they served as the Wine Department Manager, providing excellent customer service and managing inventory. In 2009, they joined Mandola's Italian Market as a Manager and later became the Kitchen Manager and Front of House Manager, overseeing staff training and ensuring customer satisfaction. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the General Manager of the same company, responsible for day-to-day operations and personnel management. In 2015, they transitioned to Glazer's Distributors as a Sales Representative. Dominic later joined Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in 2017 as a District Sales Manager before joining Lipman Brothers / R.S. Lipman Company in 2018. At Lipman Brothers, they first worked as the Texas State Manager and is currently serving as the Western U.S. Sales Director.

Dominic Mandola graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2010 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts. Prior to that, they completed the Business Program at Houston Community College in 2008, earning an Associate of Arts degree.
