Shane Bashlor

Shane Bashlor has extensive experience in the beverage industry. Shane worked at Heineken USA Inc. for over 15 years in various sales and management positions. Shane joined Bashlor Holdings Co. as the Chief Investment Officer in 2020, where they focused on investment planning and research. Currently, Bashlor serves as the Vice President of Portfolio Development at Lipman Brothers / R.S. Lipman Company, where they are responsible for developing the spirits portfolio.

Shane Bashlor attended Lee College from 2001 to 2003, and prior to that, they attended Allen County Community College from 2000 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Executive Development Institute Certificate in Leadership Excellence, Leading Change, Negotiation Skills for Managers, Executive Leadership, and Leadership Coaching from the Vanderbilt Owen Executive Development Institute (EDI) in 2016. Furthermore, they obtained the Cicerone Certification from the Cicerone Certification Program in 2012.
