Aristeo Alviar

Aristeo Alviar has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Human Resources Management for Lipman Family Farms since October 2014, focusing on Employee Relations and Engagement for East Coast Operations. Aristeo also manages the H2A Guest Worker Program to meet workforce needs in East Coast Farming Operations. Prior to this role, Aristeo worked at Seminole Casino Immokalee from December 2004 to October 2014, where responsibilities included serving as Human Resources Manager, overseeing various HR functions such as Recruitment and Team Member Relations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Recruiter and Sales and Marketing Supervisor. Aristeo holds educational credentials from the University of Florida, completed in 2016.
