Catie Grubb

Catie Grubb currently serves as the VP of Global Quality and Compliance at Lippert, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Catie was the Director of Operating Systems at Nidec Motor Corporation from January 2021 to June 2022. Catie's extensive experience at Eaton from 2001 to January 2021 included various roles such as Corporate Eaton Business System, Hydraulics Group Global Quality - Manufacturing Strategy, Hydraulics Group Regional Quality - North America, and Automotive Group Quality and Operational Excellence. Catie began their career as the Sr. Manager of Corporate Supplier Quality at Guardian Industries from 1998 to 2001. Catie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana Institute of Technology and has further academic qualifications from the University of Michigan College of Engineering and Spring Arbor University.
